  • Complete an Application

    Completing an application allows us to gather essential information about potential puppy parents.

    Understanding your lifestyle, preferences, and expectations helps us ensure our program is a great fit for your an your family.

  • Phone Consultation

    Upon receiving your application, we'll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your preferences and answer any questions.

    Detailed notes from this conversation help us tailor our approach to raising each litter, ensuring compatibility with your needs and lifestyle.

  • Updates

    We'll keep you informed throughout the pregnancy, confirming it around 30 days after mating.

    Expect regular updates with adorable photos and videos, showcasing the puppies' growth and emerging personalities.

  • Puppy Selection

    Puppy picks occur after temperament testing at 7 1/2 weeks, with videos and detailed evaluations provided.

    You're welcome to meet and select your puppy in person or via video chat, prioritized by deposit order.

  • Final Preparations and Pickup

    Puppies are ready to go home at 9 weeks, fully weaned, trained, dewormed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

    Pickup day is a special event, with ample time for bonding, detailed discussions, and ensuring you're fully prepared.

  • Ongoing Support

    For those opting for a flight nanny, we ensure a comfortable introduction and provide ongoing support.

    Once your puppy is home, you're part of the Gildea family, with our continued support and interest in your updates.

Process FAQ’s

  • Please submit an application. We’ll contact you within 3 business days to set up a phone consultation and answer any of your questions. The more you share the better! Getting to know you helps us know what type of personality you want in your dog & make the most accurate recommendation for you.

    Once your application is approved, you’ll be invited to sign a contract and submit a non-refundable deposit to secure your place in the puppy selection order. Let the excitement begin!

  • We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot for a puppy. Puppies are selected based on the order you placed a deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but we understand life happens! You may transfer your deposit one time, provided you tell us before the puppies are 14 days old. In the unlikely event we do not have a puppy that suits your needs (confirmed in temperament evaluations) or we do not have your preferred gender, we will transfer your deposit as many times as necessary to ensure you get the puppy of your dreams.

    Please understand, we are very selective with who adopts our puppies. If we have chosen you, we have turned away others to honor our commitment to you and hold your puppy.

    It is our responsibility to make sure our puppies go to the best of homes; they deserve it!

  • We estimate when our mamas will have their next heat cycle according to their last one, but that does not mean nature cannot take over and come later than expected.
